Ready by 21, developed by the Forum for Youth Investment, helps mobilize communities to improve the odds for children and youth.
Ready by 21®: Getting Started
Are you a Ready Leader?
Leaders come from education, business, nonprofits, government and broader civic and faith-based communities. They work at all levels including setting policy, managing work, and providing services. Ready leaders are those who:
- Are change makers who recognize the need for a new approach to address youth issues
- Have the capacity, motivation and authority to influence policies, programs and people
- Have the ability and experience to connect leaders, organizations and initiatives
In places such as Los Angeles County, St. Louis, Nashville, Austin and more than a dozen select communities and states across the country, diverse leaders are using the Ready by 21 Approach to come together and improve the odds for youth in their communities. (Read the stories.)
